Ceremonies
Ceremony officiating, held with care and intention
I offer ceremony officiating for people who want something simple, grounded, and deeply meaningful. These ceremonies are shaped collaboratively and held with care and attention—attentive to the people gathered, the moment itself, and what matters most.
This is not about performance or spectacle. It’s about presence. Whether a ceremony is quiet or joyful, faith-forward or held more quietly, my role is to help create something honest, unhurried, and true.
For those who desire it, ceremonies can be spiritually rooted, with room for God and Scripture, held thoughtfully and without performance.

Others may prefer faith to be held quietly rather than spoken explicitly. Both are welcome, and we’ll talk together about what feels right.

This ceremonial offering is an emerging expression of work I have been doing for years, shaped by listening closely, being present with people in tender moments, and holding those moments with care and responsibility.

What I Offer
I officiate and design ceremonies that honor love, commitment, and the moments that ask to be spoken aloud, including:
Weddings
Ceremonies shaped around your story—attentive to who you are and the life you are choosing together.
Elopements
Quiet, deeply personal moments, held with intention and care.
Vow Renewals
An invitation to pause, reflect, and recommit — thoughtfully and without spectacle.
Commitment Ceremonies
For partnerships that deserve to be witnessed and named in a way that feels honest and grounded.
If you are holding a moment that doesn’t fit neatly into a category, we can shape something that does.
What Working Together Feels Like
I approach this work with care and collaboration.
You don’t need to have the words figured out. You don’t need to perform anything.

We move at a pace that lets meaning surface and a ceremony take shape in a way that feels steady, personal, and true.

You can expect:

-
Attentive listening and thoughtful conversation
-
A ceremony script shaped specifically for you
-
Space for spiritual, cultural, or symbolic elements that matter to you
-
Gentle guidance with vows, readings, or ritual, if you want it
-
An officiant who is calm, grounded, and fully present on the day

My role is to hold the container so you can be inside the moment.
Ceremony Language
We are here to mark a recognition.
The moment of knowing that out of all the people in the world,
this is the person you want to build a life with.

This is the joy of being chosen,
and of choosing in return.
Of finding a partner whose presence feels like home,
whose laughter lightens you,
and whose companionship makes life feel fuller and more alive.

What is being joined here is not only love, but intention.
Two lives choosing to move in the same direction.
Two hearts learning how to listen to one another,
to grow together,
and to shape a shared life with care.

This kind of love is not fragile.
It is strengthened by understanding,
by mutual respect,
and by the deep trust that comes from knowing you are not facing the world alone.

For many, this union is also held as something sacred.
A belief that this partnership is not only chosen by two people,
but blessed and sustained by God.

In this understanding, marriage is covenant.
A joining of heart and soul,
placed under God’s care and grace.
A prayer that this love would be guided by patience, faithfulness, and mercy,
and that joy would be renewed again and again.

What is being celebrated today is a life joined together.
May it be filled with delight and companionship,
with steadiness and tenderness,
and, for those who desire it,
with the blessing of God,
who rejoices in this union and walks with you into all that is ahead.
Investment
Ceremony officiating and collaborative ceremony design typically ranges from $1,200–$2,200, depending on the type of ceremony, level of collaboration, and travel involved.

This reflects the time, care, and attention given to each ceremony, including thoughtful conversation, preparation, and language shaped specifically for the people being joined.

Because this work is relational and considered, details are shaped through conversation rather than fixed packages. I’m happy to talk through what feels right for your ceremony and circumstances.

I take on a limited number of ceremonies so that each one receives the care and attention it deserves.

I’m an ordained officiant and legally able to solemnize marriages.
A Simple Question, Answered
